I’d have to say my favorite feature is the free daily backup. It’s one of those things that when you need it, you’re REALLY glad you have it.
And if you spring for a premium plan, you’ll get the on-demand backup option, which is super useful if you’re making big changes to your site and after you roll them out you’re like “Nah, this sucks, I wanna go back to the way we were before” or something just breaks when you’re trying out a new plugin (been there done that).
Site ground is way too good. I have been using for more than a year. Yes its a bit expensive but it serves its purpose for good.

I’d have to double-check my bill but with domain, security add-ons, and the plan itself you’re looking at a few hundred bucks.

I prefer SiteGround as I feel very comfortable in using it due to its simplicity i can find things without any ambiguity.
SiteGround has killer support! I always seem to have problems with my DNS records and each time that I contact them, they get back to me within SECONDS and resolve my issue within minutes. I don’t know if I’ll ever leave them! haha
Haha yeah, man. I’m a big fan of the backups. Plus the interface is *chef kiss*. Super simple, it’s not like looking at the dashboard of a spaceship, it’s more like a Fisher-Price toy — and that’s a good thing!
Customer service was a bit shaky for a bit, but they got back on track. Renewal costs are a little pricey too, but that’s the thing: you pay for good service.
I am fairly conversant in domain name management and site set-up. So, when I do reach out the Siteground Support I have a pressing issue I don’t know how to solve. I have never felt harried or not helped. I understand they are probably pressed themselves by clients as every support team is yet they never let on. That in itself is worth my custom.
Site ground is a good company. I have been using for more than a year. Yes its a bit expensive but it serves its purpose for good.
